1. Are all prints made to order?

Yes. Every fine art print is made to order, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Each piece is printed on premium archival paper using pigment inks designed to last a lifetime.

2. What sizes are available?

Most prints are available in four standard sizes:

• 12 × 8 inches

• 18 × 12 inches

• 24 × 16 inches

• 30 × 20 inches

Custom sizes may also be arranged upon request — simply contact us to discuss your preferred dimensions.

3. Do prints come framed?

All prints are sold unframed to allow flexibility in presentation and to ensure safe delivery.

However, we also offer a range of framing and wall art options designed to complement each piece beautifully. From minimalist frames to gallery-style presentations, we can help you create a display that enhances the artwork and your space.

4. What paper finishes do you offer?

You can choose from three premium finishes:

• Photographic Lustre – soft matt surface with gentle texture; our most popular finish.

• Photographic Gloss – bright and vibrant with a reflective sheen.

• Photographic Velvet – smooth, non-reflective finish with exceptional tonal depth.

5. Can I request a border or mount?

Yes — optional borders and mounting boards are available in various widths and materials.

If you’d like to add one, please contact us and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

6. How are prints packaged for delivery?

Smaller prints are shipped flat in reinforced packaging, while larger pieces are carefully rolled and sent in sturdy postal tubes.

All packaging is selected for strength and sustainability.

7. When will my order arrive?

Production takes approximately 2–5 working days, followed by:

• UK delivery: 2–5 working days

• International delivery: 7–14 working days

  If applicable, you’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

8. What about digital downloads?

Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after checkout.

They are high-resolution files suitable for professional printing and personal use.

Please note that downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

9. Can I use my digital file commercially?

All digital downloads are for personal use only.

Commercial or editorial use requires prior written permission from Oriala.

10. Do you offer commissioned portraits or custom work?

Yes — Oriala offers bespoke pet portraits and commissioned fine art pieces.

11. My print arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.
