Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched or digital downloads are made available.

4. Shipping & Delivery (for Physical Prints)

Prints are made to order and typically dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and production schedule.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

5. Digital Downloads

When purchasing a digital download, you are buying a non-exclusive, personal-use license.

You may print the file for personal display or décor purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, edit, or use the file for commercial purposes without written permission from Oriala.

All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.

6. Copyright & Usage

All photographs, text and designs on this website are protected by UK copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Oriala.

Purchasing a print or digital download does not transfer copyright ownership.

Images may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

7. Returns & Refunds

Each fine art print is produced with care and inspected before dispatch.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@orialaphotography.co.uk with photographs of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

As each print is made to order, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Digital downloads cannot be refunded once delivered.

We take every effort to ensure product accuracy and quality. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or its products.
