Returns & Refunds

Last updated: November 2025

At Oriala, every artwork is created and prepared with care. Each print and digital download is produced to the highest standard to reflect the quality and integrity of our brand.

We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

1. Fine Art Prints

Each print is made to order using archival papers and pigment inks. Because of this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@orialaphotography.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement print at no extra cost, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

2. Digital Downloads

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your file, please contact us at sales@orialaphotography.co.uk, and we will ensure you receive a working copy promptly.

3. Custom Orders & Commissions

For commissioned pet portraits or bespoke fine art pieces, we will maintain communication throughout the process to ensure satisfaction.

Custom works are non-refundable, except in the rare event of damage during delivery or proven printing errors.

4. How to Contact Us

If you need assistance with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via:

📧 sales@orialaphotography.co.uk

Please include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Our Commitment

Every Oriala artwork is handled with the same care and attention that goes into creating it.

If an issue arises, we will always do our best to make it right — calmly, professionally, and with the same respect we bring to our craft.
